Pre-Trip Info

Things to consider before the trip.

Notify the captain of any special accommodations such as food allergies and medical conditions that we should be aware of.

Its always a good practice to take motion sickness medication prior to boating if you are unsure of your reaction to the ocean. Better to be safe than sorry.

Wear comfortable footwear. The floors on the boats tend to get wet so footwear like sandals, boots and water shoes that are made to get wet make the most sense. (sneakers tend to get a bit soggy). Make sure your footwear has the proper traction as well.

Any and all electronics  should be stowed in water resistant bags. At the very least in a ziplock style bag. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items .

Bring a large cooler with ice for filet's or whole fish caught. Pack food and drinks for the day in a small lunch bag or cooler.  Space is limited so try to keep coolers sizes to a minimum. A large cooler with waters will be on the boat that you can utilize to store some food and drinks up to its capacity.

Prepare for expected and unexpected inclement weather. The weather forecast can change sometimes without warning.  Bring Sweatshirts for cold weather and rain gear for rain. Fowl weather gear will not be provided.

No alcohol will be consumed or allowed onboard the vessel. The Captain reserves the right to cancel any trip due a passenger being suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time.

No marijuana or product containing THC will be consumed or allowed on board.  Marijuana is still a  federally schedule 1 drug and is illegal in the eyes of the USCG even though it is legal in the state of Massachusetts.  Same rules apply to all other illegal substances on board.
