By selecting buy now and making a deposit for a fishing charter with Salty Dog Sport Fishing you are agreeing to the following terms.

1. CANCELATION - If I (the customer) cancel a trip within 24 hours of the agreed upon trip departure date and time I will therefore be subject to the loss of my trip deposit in its entirety. I (the customer) am also aware that if I cancel the trip at any point during the trip I will forfeit both my deposit and final fee of the trip. I am also aware that any staff member of Salty Dog Sport Fishing may cancel any trip right up to the departure date and time of the trip.  If a trip is cancelled by Salty Dog prior to the scheduled departure a full reimbursement of the deposit will be made to the depositor.  Salty Dog reserves the right to cancel a trip for a multitude of reasons prior to the scheduled departure. If any member of Salty Dog cancels a trip during its progress for any reasons that will be outlined in the next section, the customer will forfeit both their deposit fee and final fee. If a trip is cancelled within the first hour from the time of departure by any member of Salty Dog Sport fishing for the reasons of unexpected inclement weather, both the deposit fee and final fee will be reimbursed to the customer.
2. RULES - I (the Customer) am aware of the rules set forth by Salty Dog Sport Fishing and understand that violating any and or all of these rules will result in a cancelation of the trip.

A. Mind altering substances (alcohol/drugs) - No alcohol or any illegal substance other than medications prescribed to that specific individual will be allowed on board any vessel of Salty Dog. Marijuana including products containing THC will not be allowed on board also including prescribed marijuana/THC. Marijuana and THC are federal schedule 1 drugs. The United States Coast Guard is a Federal Law Enforcement agency that strictly enforces the possession and use of marijuana and THC upon the high seas.  A trip will be cancelled prior to and during If any customer is suspected of being under than influence of any substance that posses a safety and legal threat to Salty Dog Sport Fishing. Being suspected of being under the influence will result in either the loss of deposit and or combined final fee.

B. Safety - If any customer on board poses a safety threat that immediately affects themselves or others a trip will be cancelled. If several attempts to remedy a potential safety threat that an individual continuously ignores or does not comprehend the trip will be cancelled to prevent a safety issue from arising.
